Job Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and employee relations
• Work with line managers to identify recruitment needs and provide end-to-end recruitment services
• Develop quality talent pools by posting job ads through different recruitment channels and designing efficient workflow strategies for all searches
• Monthly payroll calculation, MPF, staff records maintenance and leave management.
• Prepare HR reports and HR documentation
• Assist to review and improve current work procedures
• Ad-hoc duty as assigned

Our expectation

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
