Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily general administration duties
• Responsible for Temp staff recruitment, arrangement and payment
• Handle all HR duties including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, company activities, etc.
• Support Head of HR & Admin in implementing HR & Admin initiatives, policies and programs
• Work closely with head office in HK and local department heads on HR & Admin related matters
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of all-round HR & Admin experience & Warehouse Operations
• Good knowledge in related to HK labor ordinance, and/or related to HK employment regulations
• Capable to handle confidential and sensitive matters 
• Experience in recruiting large amount of PT employees preferred
• Comfortable in Warehouse environment
• Good time management, detail-minded, working under pressure, efficient, independent and self-motivated
• Be a collaborative & mature team player, responsible, well organized, and high integrity
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
