Human Resources Assistant (Chinese conglomerate ) 5 days, Wan Chai (HK$17K-$18K x 13)

Our client is a Chinese conglomerate. They are looking for a high caliber Human Resources Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all-rounded HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Leave Administration etc.
• Assist in recruitment process, preparing job descriptions, job advertisement posting, CV screening and interview arrangement
• Maintain accurate personal data in HR system and filing system
• Assist in training delivery, training course development and training evaluation
• Handle training administration duties, e.g. training enrollment, maintain attendance records and logistic arrangement
• Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• With 1-2 years of recruitment and training support experience
• Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance
• Proactive, energetic, well-organized, flexible and with strong team spirits
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
