Smith is a leading global distributor of semiconductors with 16 offices globally. We are currently looking for part time coordinators (Trading Department) to support our growing business within Asia. The successful applicants will be at the heart of our global operations, working alongside our top traders and our industry focused specialists at our world renowned facilities.

We are looking for talented individuals who are driven and self-motivated. Our sales coordinator do not just play a support role – training and support from the management team will give value to all the tasks done.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop market knowledge by gathering related market information and keeping track of market trends
• Carry out analytical and reporting duties under guidance
• Prepare summaries of potential clients in a regular basis
• Any ad hoc projects
• 8-10 hours working in a week

Required Skills

• University students (yet graduated) are welcome to apply
• Good PC skills, including Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well-organized, detail-minded, proactive, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill
• Ability to handle work independently, structurally, systematically, and in a fast pace environment
• Good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
