Our Client is an International Insurance Group with wide exposure in Asian countries.  Her Regional Office is looking for a  few officers to join her Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

• Support all range of HR Operations and Services
• Help to maintain Human Resource Information System and record management
• Support administration of Talent Management Program
• Support administration and logistics of Staff Opinion Survey
• Process payments and support general administration work

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources services
• Strong customer focus and good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with people of diverse backgrounds
• Detail-oriented and strong numerical sense
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Excellent skill in computer applications such as MS Office, PeopleSoft and Tableau
• Familiar with HK Employment Law
