Job Description

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage QBE’s intermediary management guideline for Asia
  • Support teams in strengthening customer focus across Division
  • Effective and proficient use of QBE’s sales management tools and Salesforce to enhance sales pipeline and analytics capability to support growth strategy
  • Participate in key initiatives and meetings
  • Facilitate the effective administration and support of Salesforce to all users in Asia
  • Support development and coordination of QBE’s strategy on achieving sales success including tender and large deal support
  • Work with team to motivate and drive sales effectiveness
  • Serve as the key contact and administrator for Salesforce related enquiries and escalate to VP Strategic Sales as appropriate
  • Manage data quality for Asia for reporting
  • Analyse and leverage sales metrics data on Salesforce for effective pipeline management
  • Perform testing and data verification for sales process / tools
  • Coordinate and manage events for Asia Distribution
  • Develop output for key meetings and events
  • Support QBE teams in the use of Salesforce to develop sales opportunities
  • Build and proactively maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
  • Provide project management support to Distribution teams across Asia
  • Ongoing analysis of Salesforce data to maintain quality and accuracy
  • Conduct research on sales data analytics and tools to provide stakeholders with insight to competitive landscape and future opportunities
  • Support teams in the implementation of Salesforce upgrades and in managing change requests

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the financial services sector
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or other related field (Required)
  • Track record of sales / deal management and knowledge management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and statistical modelling tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Sales data analysis skills
  • Consultative and influencing skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert presentation and facilitation
  • Change management
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills
  • Advanced computer in MS Office
  • Ability to deliver on agreed targets
