Responsibilities

• Work with all partners to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
• Oversee the Bancassurance’s business intelligence dashboard and reporting, track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to positively impact the P&L.  
• Identify and fill gaps and opportunities in Bancassurance portfolio to enable increased sales across new and existing customers using predictive modelling techniques
• Work closely with Bancassurance team, QBE regional/global Data Analytics teams, Product teams on product proposition, campaigns design and monitoring and use of analytics to achieve goals
• Identify and monitor risks to Banca operations and provide strategic advice to Banca management on how risks can be avoided, improved or eliminated

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a data & analytics role, business analytics, or business intelligence.
• A minimum of 2 years experience creating Tableau dashboards or other visualization tools
• Act as storyteller of numbers and data to bring analytics to life and make it
• meaningful and actionable for the sales and marketing team to deliver impactful
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques, analytical and modelling techniques to provide insights to business issues and proven track record in generating sales and retention lifts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiar with predictive modelling solutions, and programming languages such as R, SAS, Python, SQL
• Native speaker and writer in Chinese and fluency in English
• Minimum degree holder in Business, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Mathematics
