Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound enquiries and provide quality customer support on electronic trading platform;
• Assist in branch operations and handle clients’ enquiries on the account opening process;
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients, and from time to time explore and develop new customers;
• Participate in marketing campaign and other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirement & Qualification:

• Post-secondary education with at least 1 year of working experience in financial institutions;
• Degree holder or above in business related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sound
• Holder of valid SFC Type 1 & 2 licenses or qualified to register under SFC;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Trainee, Fresh Graduates/IANG will also be considered.
