Job Description
Our clients, some famous and international banks are now looking for candidates to join them as Teller/ Counter Service Officer. Other bank positions are also available.
Responsibilities:
- Handle counter transactions and customers’ enquiries
- Promote and advise banking products and services to customers
- Manage ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese, English and Mathematics subjects
- 1 year or above bank or customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and good communication skills
- Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
