Responsibilities 崗位職責
* Lead of the team performing end-to-end month-end close and financial reporting;
* Oversight and ensure Hong Kong and overseas accounts comply with Financial Reporting Standards, local and international regulatory requirements and our policies;

* Taxation planning and compliance.
* Arrange debt and equity financing. Maintain good banking relationships and investors relationships;
* Initiate and monitor the implementation of internal control and the improvement of business process；

*Maintain relationships with external auditors and followup;
* Support top management and the investment committee on making key financial decisions;
* Participate in ad hoc projects include but not limit to M&A, fund raising exercises, corporate finance transactions, etc.

* 領導財務團隊提供月度財務管理報告;
* 處理香港及海外所有投資的財務帳目，以確保符合財務報告準則，當地監管要求以及遵守公司政策;

* 稅務規劃及合規；
* 安排債務和股權融資，保持良好的銀行關係和投資者關係;
* 發起並監控內部控制和業務流程的實施與改進；

*維護與外部審計師的關係並跟進審計結果;
* 為最高管理層和投資委員會提供關鍵決策所涉財務影響的支援; 
* 參與特設項目，包括但不限於並購，集資活動，企業融資交易等。

Requirements 任職資格
* Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance; qualified certificates holder would be preferred, e.g. ACCA/HKICPA/CPA, etc;
* Minimum 8 years solid relevant experience in investment and trading field, at least 3 years in management level;

* Smart, integrity, open-minded, detail-minded, willing to learn and able to work independently;
* Good command of languages, proficient in Mandarin is a must;
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
* Occasional business trip to mainland and overseas would be required;

要求：
* 財務專業或相關學科學士或以上學位；兼具ACCA / HKICPA/CPA等資格證書者優先;
* 至少8年投資、貿易等相關領域的工作經驗，其中至少3年任職管理層;

* 睿智，正直，有包容心，注重細節，有自我升值的意願且獨立；
* 優秀的語文能力，要求精通普通話；
* 能夠在有壓力和快節奏的工作環境中工作;
* 不時需要前往中國或海外公幹；
