Responsibilities崗位職責：
* Overall development and implementation of investment strategies, manage and assist in  projects including but not limited to primary and secondary market investments;

* Responsible for deal origination, execution, and project exit;

* Lead the investment team;

* Ensure all projects comply with relevant rules and regulations.

*主持投融資策略制定，統籌整體佈局; 並負責或參與具體投融資項目，例如公司併購，股權投資等;
*引進、執行，並落實投資項目退出；

*投資團隊管理；

*確保每項項目合法合規。

Requirements任職資格：

* Bachelor degree or above in financing, economic or related disciplines;

* Minimum 8 years solid experience in recognized banking and investment institutions, with financial experience would be preferred；

* Good knowledge in primary and secondary market;

* Strong analytical skills; able to drive and implement strategies;

* Smart, integrity, proactive, aggressive, open-minded, willing to learn and able to work independently;

* Good command of languages, proficient in Mandarin is a must;

* Occasional business trip to mainland and overseas would be required.

* 法律，金融，經濟，投資，財務等相關專業本科或以上學歷;
* 8年或以上就職於大型投資銀行或機構的從業經驗，具備財務工作經驗者優先;
*對一二級市場投資有豐富的經驗;
* 較強的分析及評估經濟形勢能力，推動和執行投資策略;

* 睿智，正直，主動，有魄力，有包容心，有自我升值的意願且獨立；
* 優秀的語文能力，要求精通普通話；

* 不時需要前往中國或海外公幹。
