Department : Finance Services
Reports to: Manager Taxation

Key responsibilities:

• Handle various administrative and filing work
• Assist in preparing tax schedules and worksheets
• Assist in liaison with Payroll and Personnel teams in handling individual tax filings for internal clients
• Assist in preparing tax returns for group subsidiaries and partnerships
• prepare ad hoc analysis when required

Requirements:

• HKDSE: Minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 NSS subjects including English Language (“attained” for ApL subjects or Grade E for other language subjects) OR HKCEE: Minimum of Grade E in 5 HKCEE subjects (including Level 2 or above in English Language), or equivalent
• LCCI intermediate or above in accounting is preferable
• At least one year's accounting related working experience
• Computer literate with hands-on experience in MS Words, Excel, etc.  Good spreadsheet skills is a must.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Good numerical skills, with an attention to detail an advantage
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
