Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services and handle customer inquiries via different channels
• Handle inbound calls of the Credit Card Hotline and follow up with ongoing cases
• Deal with customers' complaints when necessary
• Transfer customers' calls to other relevant departments

Requirements:

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE
• Prior hotline service experience in any industry, with strong service mindset
• Possesses strong interest in banking industry
• Willing to work on shift (overnight shift is NOT required)
