Key Responsibilities

• Maximize the investment return at various stages of the real estate development particularly for existing commercial portfolio with steady income for the group through leasing or sales;
• Provide professional support and strategic advice to senior management on business development plan;
• Research in various real estate markets in Greater China and Asia;
• Coordinate with external parties such as business partners and government officials;
• Coordinate with various business units within the group;
• Direct and oversee the annual operating budgets, cost planning and control;
• Manage ah-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines;
• At least 10 years relevant experience with extensive hands on experience of the acquisition and operation of multiple classes of commercial real estate assets;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese;
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills;
• Possess strong business acumen and able to advise business unit head on business decisions;
• Occasional travel to China and Overseas.
