Job Description
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator (Banking) to join their team:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and receptionist work support
- Renew contract, price negotiations and payment with office vendors and service providers
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangement
- Prepare expense claims and reports
- Maintenance of all office fixture, furniture and equipment
- Handle all procurement and inventory control of office and pantry supplies
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the public areas
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrator or receptionist work experience; Relevant experience in banking or financial institution would be an advantage
- Able to work independently, well organized, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
