Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day customer services function to Equities Division; 
• Monitor customer enquiries handling and new account opening;
• Perform account documentation checking for new account opening and existing accounts;
• Manage, handle and process Client information;
• Conduct on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review;
• Conduct AML and PEP check;
• Prepare statistical reports/Management report;
• Manage the team to provide Administrative Support;
• Perform other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• University degree holder with minimum 3-5 year’s relevant experience;
• Holder of SFC license I;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and Chinese processing;
• Attentive to details, patient and strong responsibility;
• A team player, comfortable working in a fast pace environment;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
