Responsibilities

  • Develop, build and sustain professional relationships with institutional clients and utilize these relationships to promote business;
  • Formulate business strategies and plans for growing the institutional sales business with emphasis on business AUM development and market penetration to Hong Kong and Mainland China market in the Asia Pacific region;
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets;
  • Drive and lead internal and external coordination to meet and provide products necessary to meet client’s requirements;
  • Provide total financial asset management solutions to institutional clients;
  • Management of marketing roadmap and Client events.

 

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in economics, finance or related disciplines from leading universities;
  • Familiar with related field, 5 years’ or above related experience is advantage;
  • Relevant experience in Mainland China strongly preferred;
  • Familiar with QFII and QDII related business;
  • Fluent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin;
  • Efficient, proactive and responsible;
  • Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills;
  • Organize and ability to prioritize; multi-task & work well under tight deadlines and pressure, reliable and detail mined;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Junior candidate will be considered as Manager position, and senior candidate will be considered as Deputy Director position.
