Now we're looking to recruit an Responsible officer on a full time, permanent basis to join the existing international team.

Responsibilities:

• Review applications for onboarding new clients, according to KYC procedures and guidelines;
• Instruct the relevant Company department to request missing/incorrect/expired documentation from clients;
• Liaise with the relevant Company department for arranging the timely receipt of client documentation;
• Liaise with the relevant Company department for processing deposits and withdrawals of client funds;
• Identify suspicious documents or activities;
• Check clients through independent third party electronic verification platforms;
• Maintain accurate and complete client records of existing clients;
• Manage and deliver individual projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education in legal, business, management or accountancy;
• Licences as Responsible officer in Regular activities type 1 and 2;
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages (any additional language is considered an advantage);
• Manage multiple simultaneous requests in a high pressure, sales and client facing environment;
• Proactive, adaptable and self motivated;
• Experience in similar position is a great advantage.
