Job Descriptions:

• Partner with the group's operating business to provide funding, structuring and accounting advice for corporate finance activities
• Perform financial analysis including financial modeling and due diligence;
• Act as a key liaison between professional parties and relevant authorities in connection with respective implementation of projects.
• Act as a key project manager in different projects
• Review transaction documents and financial statements
• Conduct company visits, site visits and channel check on covered companies.
• Work closely with management team to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Perform other responsibilities/duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel will be required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines is preferred.
• CFA, CPA, FRM will be an advantage.
• At least 3- 5 years’ experience in Private Equity or Corporate Finance sector.
• Familiar with relevant regulations such as Listing Rules
• Solid financial modeling and data processing skills.
• High level of attention to details
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet frequent, inflexible deadlines
• Self-motivated and strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
