Responsibilities:

• To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions including M&A, financial advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities
• To fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes
• To assist in performing data analysis, financial modeling and market data research works and in preparing pitching materials
• To communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators
• To provide such other assistance as requested by supervisors, including deal origination supports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
• 4 to 5 years’ investment banking experience specialized in Corporate Finance
• Analytical, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered for the post of Analyst
