Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide administrative support to both booking and marketing team.
- Handle all enquiries about theatre house booking and drive the sales on school program.
- Coordinate with film distribution companies for collecting movie publicity materials for MCL cinemas and to monitor the display arrangement of these materials.
- To answer customer's enquiries on theatre rental and bulk purchase and to follow up on the logistics from beginning to the end.
- Data entry, filing and assist on compiling reports.
- College graduate with at least 2 years working experience.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Execl and Word.
- Detail-minded, hard working and willing to learn.
- Work on Saturdays & Sundays on house booking event days as to ensure that functions are probably handled.
- Have strong interests in movie industry.
- Pleasant, hard working, patience and good at handling details.
- Able to handle regular office work with relevant computer knowlege
- Excent in spoken Cantonese and good at written and spoken English and able to speak Mandarin.
