Responsibilities:

• Review, check and prepare account opening documents for KYC and AML;
• Perform routine duties such as data input, filing, record keeping, etc.;
• Provide administrative and clerical supports;
• Maintain a good status of documentation filing system;
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in securities or brokerage firm is preferable;
• Candidates has more experiences  on investment immigration cases will be highly-considered;
• Good customer service skills;
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese;
• Good English and Mandarin will be an asset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
