Responsibilities

• Maintaining full set of financial and statutory accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the fund;
• Resolution of discrepancies and reconciliation of accounts;
• Responsible for compliance and regulatory matters of the company, including customer due diligence (CDD);Calculation of Net Asset Value of different sub-accounts;
• Handling trade processing and settlements, monitoring of corporate actions, liaising with service providers
• Support senior management to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Co-ordinate with internal Tech team to enhance and improve the efficiency of our system
• Collect and analyse the necessary data and provide report to management

Requirements

• Degree or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Mathematics or other related discipline 
• Able to work in a fast-paced Start-Up environment, multi-tasking and keen to details, and adaptive to new changes;
• Relevant experience preferably in Accounting and Finance
• Fresh graduates with great attitude and want to be part of a exciting startup are also welcomed;
• Being creative and adhere to new solutions, always looking for better ways to complete tasks;
• Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
• Detail minded, proactive and results oriented, can work under pressure
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Fund Admin Officer
