An experienced Equity Capital Market Manager is required on execution and marketing of ECM transactions e.g. IPO, secondary placement, syndicate deals.  The right candidate will be responsible for assessing business opportunities with respect to ECM transactions; running of financial analysis as well as prepare proposal; and making presentation to HK / PRC clients in pitching and marketing meetings. 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines includes Finance Management and Economics preferred;
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience of ECM transaction;
3. Good knowledge in HK stock market and hands-on execution experience of HK IPOs and equity transactions;
4. Holder of SFC License Type 1 is required;
5. Must have good PRC exposure and excellent networking;
6. Able to multitask and use sound judgment when evaluating situations.
