Dextra Pacific Co., Ltd is looking for its Production Foreman.
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the candidate will be responsible for worker’s scheduling and management to ensure proper manufacturing process can be co9mpleted as scheduled.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales department, production planner for production planning and schedule.
• Handle daily workers, e.g. recruitment, attendance, absenteeism, termination, work accidents, etc.
• Site visits to ensure worksite, machinery and required daily workers are ready for production.
• Handle production enquiries, e.g. attend customer meetings.
• Others. Responsible for all non-routine works assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements/ qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year’s experiences in a similar role.
• Good people management experience.
• Decent understanding of Hong Kong Labour ordinance and HR practice.
• Driving license holder (1 and 2) and able to travel frequently on site.
• Ability to work in an open air environment.
