Responsibilities

• Plan & execute marketing activities for assigned product portfolio to increase brand awareness, expand customer base, engagement and achieve sales target;
• Conduct market research & analysis on assigned product portfolio;
• Develop strategy and content for digital marketing & social media platforms across different markets and to evaluate effectiveness of different marketing campaigns;
• Manage internal designers & work closely with agencies & production house for advertisements' production;
• Monitoring A&P expenditure & product budget;
• Organize and support exhibitions, events & brand activities year-round
• Support ad-hoc projects and marketing activities as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree holder in Marketing / Health Technology / Nutriology / Biology Chemistry or related discipline;
• At least 3-5 years' working experience in FMCG / Health Supplement / Skin Care Industry;
• Experience in brand management / new product launch will be an advantage;
• Experience in China market and CRM will be an advantage;
• Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing is a must with E-commerce knowledge preferable;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an asset);
• Creative, detail oriented, outgoing and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skill;
• Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skill, willing to learn;
• High sense of responsibility, mature and self-initiative;
• Excellent PC skills;
