Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the procurement affairs independently;
• Responsible for material sourcing and vendor selection;
• Handle quotation comparison/analysis and price negotiation with vendors;
• Prepare purchase contract document, purchase order etc.;
• Liaise with project teams/other operation teams in determining needs and timelines
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business / Engineering / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines in recognized university or tertiary institute;
• 5 years or above relevant experience in Civil projects in construction industry;
• Good command of English and Cantonese (both oral and written);
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure;
• Independent, self-motivated, committed and a good team player;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Officer.
