Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing team of Disciplinary and Project Managers
• Responsible for full spectrum of Project Management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project
• Perform contract administration and site supervision
• Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within budget & project time frame and meet with quality requirements
• Manage consultant teams on Government submission and approvals in a timely manner
• Frequent travel or station in Cambodia

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Architecture, E&M Engineering or related professional disciplines
• Good knowledge of building & finishing materials & their applications
• Strong communications & leadership skills
• Knowledgeable on current products available in competitive markets environment
• Skillful in interpreting quality product value produced economically to control budget
• At least 10 years’ post-graduation experience in property development
• Previous working experience with developer in handling high-end residential project is an advantage
• Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin/English
