Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work and closely monitor their work progress
• Handle air-conditioning system maintenance and repairing works
• Preparing and implementing corrective and planned maintenance work, including building services equipment and system monitor
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Higher diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / Building Service or above
• With 4 years’ experiences or above in building maintenance
• Experience and knowledge of central mechanical ventilation and air conditioning system, mechanical plants and building management system is a must
• Holder of Certificate of Grade A Registration of Electrical Worker will be advantage
• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
• Self-motivated and independent with service mindset
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
