Interior Designer

Minimum 3-5 years local design & project experience

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team of multi-disciplinary designers working on a variety of high-end interior design projects in Hong Kong

Qualifications :

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture from accredited institutes
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant local experience, in design and management of large scale residential / hospitality / commercial projects, including standard provisions, public areas and clubhouse

Responsibilities / Skills :

• Fluent in generally required softwares (CAD, sketchup, photoshop, powerpoint, etc.)
• Capable of handling projects independently from design, presentations, tender, site works to completion
• Good language and communication skills with team as well as outside consultants and clients
• Self-starters with good verbal and written communication skills in English

Character :

• Self-motivated, creative team player
• Creative, with a sense of functionality and practicality
• Strong sense for Graphic, FF&E, Art and / or Decoration
• Able to handle challenging situations involving different types of people
• Able to work under tight schedules and willing to working overtime

General :

• Candidates with immediate availability preferred
• Consideration as Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer shall be based on experience and capability
