Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shop layout plan, renovation/ refurbishment/ reinstatement project
• Provide 2D and 3D layout including floor plan & elevations, construction details including drawing & materials specifications for renovation and improvement projects
• Preparation of construction drawings and project schedule
• Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors and suppliers
• Handle shop repair & maintenance issues
• Monitor and report the progress of site development, renovation or refurbishment project
• Coordinate in takeover and handover of premises, fitting-out works with related parties

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with retail shop project experience
• Responsible and self-motivated, good communication and project management skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Auto CAD, 3D studio Max
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Designer
