Responsibilities

• Full functional participation in VM design efforts from planning stage to final completion
• Assist in the responsibility for completion of assigned projects including artwork and layout production within scheduling guidelines
• Organize and maintain design prototype standards, such as standard design details, 3D renderings and technical drawings
• Gather market intelligence regarding experience design trends in the retail industries. 
• Liaise directly with client side from Designers, Project Manager, Visual Merchandiser, Marketers etc. as well as with outside internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of design projects
• Liaise with internal and external contacts relevant to each project to ensure required approvals are received
• Mentor team members to accomplish project objectives
• Other duties and projects  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Design or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in 3D, space design and visual merchandising design
• Proficient in hand drawing, sketching, PowerPoint, Photoshop, excel, 3DMax, Illustrator, V-Ray Sketchup
• Sensitive in sizing, measurements, proportions, shapes, patterns; good at spatial visualization and reasoning
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
