Responsibilities:

• Plan residential showflat visiting journey, formulate though-the-line advertising campaign, media and publicity plans, event management, promotional activities and marketing materials to maximise brand awareness for residential projects 
• Work closely with various agencies including advertising agencies, media sales / agencies, event organisers, production houses, freelancers, renderers, photographers and printers etc to achieve quality work
• Oversee the production of residential property sales brochure in compliance with related Ordinance
• Copy writing, PR writing, social media management, marketing collateral production
• Conduct market research and analysis on market trend
• Assist ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications / Law or related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ related experience in property development industry is preferred
• Strong business acumen and sound analytical skill
• Creative mind, mild personality and positive mentality
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
