Job Description 
Reporting to the IT Manager, the candidate will be responsible for providing in-house IT maintenance and support.

  • Support school applications, system administration and system health check
  • Support and assist with various PC, Mac, laptop and network based projects including OS / software upgrades, patch administration, Microsoft platform for PC and IP VPN site-to-site campus network
  • Perform scheduled tasks including systems capacity, performance checks and verification of backup jobs
  • Carry out ad hoc task to support the school operation (when necessary)
  • Provide IT support, helpdesk and troubleshooting for end users
  • Plan and track IT software, hardware assets and warranty, perform audit for IT security and policies, and solve end-user problem through calls and emails
  • Work across multi-campus

Job Requirement 

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of IT work experiences in MNC
  • Strong experience of Microsoft and Mac desktop platforms
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft MCSE / MCIPT, Cisco CCNA, TCP / IP Cisco networking, VPN, Firewall & VOIP
  • Familiar with Microsoft platforms such as Windows server 2008 / 2012 / 2016, MS SQL 2008 / 2014, Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Office 365
  • Deployment and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and negotiation skills, integrity and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
  • Attention to details, self-motivated, proactive, deadline achievement, and ability to work independently and under pressure
