Music Production Administration Officer

This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Music Production Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence
• Is responsible for coordinating heavy production schedules for staff and talent
• Process all production and departmental expenses
• Distributes mail and maintains office supplies
• Performs clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
• Arranges programs, projects, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating musicians, and controlling projects budget
• Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files
• Arranges daily plans and itineraries, compiles documents for project-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested
• Acts as direct liaison with musicians, directors and clients

 
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year related experience 
• Must have certain level of Music Training And Pop Music background
  
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good oral and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Demonstrated good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
