Planning & Quality Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to and support the Resident Representative in managing the service and deploying suitable resources to achieve the requirements of this contract;
• Be able to work independently in providing engineering solution to the overall performance and improvement of the service;
• Supervise the service activities in the Affected Property;
• Assist the Resident Representative to analysis the overall service performance and collaborate with the Employer’s respective stakeholders to identify areas for improvement;
• Be responsible for maintaining the technical competence of the Contractor’s workforce and the technical standards of the service to the Employer’s satisfaction; and
• Devote full time, dedicated efforts to ensuring the service provided conform with Statutory Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Quality Surveying or Engineering, with a minimum of three years working experience in project management or planning, preferably in the energy, chemical processing or infrastructure industry;
• Previous exposures associated with power station maintenance planning with hands-on knowledge on SAP based Work Management System would be an advantage but not essential;
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project or equivalent; and
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong communication and problem solving skills
