Due to the expansion of our China operation, we are looking for a competent Technical & Sales - Senior Engineer / Manager stations in Jiangmen, China to develop the business opportunity in Sales and Marketing Department. 

The job holder will carry the responsibilities of product launch campaign, quotation exercise, new customer development, marketing survey, exhibition activity, prepare and catch-up forecast & budget and on-site technical support and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities :

• Based in Jiangmen China, reporting to Sales & Marketing Director.
• Responsible for catch-up forecast & budget, quotation exercise, prepare weekly visit schedule and visit report, on-site technical support and trouble-shooting with report.
• Be assigned to designated region in Guangdong province for business development.
• Establish annual sales budget and monthly forecast.
• Prepare presentation and demonstrate in front of customers.
• Conduct marketing survey to understand market situation that provide information for marketing strategy and direction.
• New customer development for the sustainable growth of business.
• Participate and propose industry exhibition to promote Technic's reputation in the market and explore business opportunity.   
• Participate in product promotion campaign for new products launching in FPC market.  

 Requirements :

• University degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering. 
• Practical experience in Sales representative of solder mask in FPC industry.   
• At least 3 years of work experience in FPC manufacturing and 2 years in sales activity.
• Good confidence level in representing solder mask product and company image as well as good presentation skill.
• A self-initiate, who is hands-on, motivated, proactive, good team building and spirit, willing to take challenges and drive for result to meet budget timelines
• Proven management and leadership skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, language and communication skills.  
• Willing to travel and stay in Southern China.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English & Mandarin.
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese will be an added advantage.
