Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the performance of mechanical related production process comply with corporate standard, i.e. product quality, budget and cost, delivery schedule and etc.
• Manage operations in new mechanical process / facilities, pilot run and maintenance
• Develop new forming / stamping die, jig and fixtures for new product and process improvement
• Monitor operations safety, machines utilization and facilities maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical/Production Engineering, preferably with machining and tooling design aspects
• 8 years or above related experience
• Familiar with stamping / forming die design & fabrication and CAD software, e.g. Solidworks
• Knowledge in 3-axis / 5-axis CNC machining and jewelry production will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
