Responsibilities 

• Managing the implementation and delivery of EB Services
• Ongoing service account management for key Samsung B2B customers
• Develop a clear services specification for each enterprise customer
• Manage the analysis, proposition and implementation phase of product roll out
• Investigate “in field” product technical faults to provide: explanation of route cause, proven technical resolutions, and clear escalation and reporting to HQ
• Set performance criteria across EB Service Partner network to ensure high performance

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in product supporting
• Good knowledge in Printer/Monitor/TV/ AV product
• Strong data analysis in Excel
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

**Candidate with less experience will be considered as supervisor / officer**
