Job responsibilities : 

• Prepare development plan for NPI
• Prepare project documents with customer and internal stakeholders consensus
• Monitor and control project development progress to achieve customer goal and satisfaction
• Liaising with customer and internal teams for problem solving
• Conduct product enhancement activities by cost reduction, yield improvement
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job requirements :

• Bachelor or Higher Diploma in Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ project management experience
• Experience of working in China is a must
• Experience of production environment is an advantage
• Experience of dealing with multinational company is preferred
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organized
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Able to work in Dongguan, China for 2-3 days a week

 * Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
