Job Description
Main Purpose of role:
To provide on-site printers repairing and troubleshoot and fixing of hardware / software / networking problems in end users site.
Responsibilities :
- To provide on-site printers repairing;
- Troubleshoot and fixing of hardware / software / networking problems in end users site
- Observe the health and safety policy and regulations.
Requirements:
- F.5 with IT Certificate or Diploma holder in Electronics / Electrical or related discipline;
- Experience in Microsoft platform;
- Good communication, presentation & customer services skills;
- Good command in both spoken & written English & Cantonese;
- Solid experience in repairing different kinds of printers (esp. Dot-Matrix printers) is an advantage;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
