Job Description
Our client, International luxury watches & jewelries with retail outlets globally.
Watch Technical Supervisor
*Singaporean is welcome
*No accomodation and meal allowance
Duties :
Supervise and control the technical side of the Customer Service Department
- Technical support recommendation and quality evaluation
- Provide repair service to stock and end-customer items
- Training and coaching of Watch Technician
- Ensure the team-mates to work in efficient and motivated environment
- Lead by example, helpful and provide customer-oriented service
Requirements:
Secondary school graduate with professional watch & jewellery technical qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Able to lead a technical team and specialized on mechanical watches
- Sound knowledge in repairing, polishing and cleaning procedures
- Loyal, Honest and trustworthy
- Independent and hardworking
- Good in spoken & written English is an advantage
