Job Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to Group CEO
2. Participate in engineering project development, project evaluation, technical indicators and development plans according to the current status of the factory;
3. Development of mechanical engineering structure of leading equipment, 2D, 3D drawing, introduction of mass production, technical documentation;
4. Summarize product development experience, continuously improve production performance;
5. Understand by studying customer requirements, and coordinate amongst various departments such as R&D, engineering, manufacturing and quality to drive results.
6. Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
7. Provide technical guidance to the team and lead the team to complete the project tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, automation, etc.,preferably from a prestigious university
2. 3 years or above related working experience;
3. Familiar with non-standard automation development processes, common mechanical structure design principles, and production assembly drawing and components of automation equipment, etc;
4. Experience in industrial robotics/engineering and peripheral integrated equipment development, understanding PLC, CCD control principles, and industry trends in window glass automated processing in mobile phone business;
5. Familiar with UG, Solidworks, CAD, Windows Office and other application softwares;
6. Proactive thinking, good at communication, highly motivated, excellent problem solving skills.
7. Work location: Huizhou
