Job Duties

• In charge of  the private enterprise restaurant / international school canteen operations as well as practicing excellent teamwork and support on-site catering team to achieve our Group’s Operation and Quality Standard
• Work closely with internal and external parties on day-to-day operations, help in the development of operating system, upgrading customer services, quality standard, reviewing menus issues
• Maintain adequate controls to achieve company's sales targets and cost control budget
• Liaise with clients in maintaining good business relationships
• To prepare various business performance reports

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage is required with restaurant operations and customer services in a canteen/fast food/hospitality environment with 2 years solid experience
• Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in computer literate
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Hard working and be a good team player
• Shift duties and may shift of work location in varies sites
• Immediate available is preferable
• Less experience will be considered as Unit Supervisor／Manager
