Client, a listed retail group on mainboard is looking for F&B Manager to oversee existing F&B business and endeavor into new project.

The Task:

• Incumbent is expected to manage the operation of direct own restaurants according to the Group’s objectives and targets.
• Responsibilities including: establish and monitor the standard operating procedures to enhance business performance; handle budgeting, cost control, resources allocation, customer relationship management; coordinate with Executive Chef for the production quality, sourcing, management and P&L etc.
• Formulate advertising, marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers and assist planning and implementation of new projects.
• Build an effective team through training, coaching and counselling.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality, Catering Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in food & beverage operations management and exposures to Japanese cuisine and/or fine dining highly preferred.
• Strong sense of food trend and marketing, leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
• Mature & independent, well-organised, flexible, proactive, critical thinking, reliable with high integrity and strong sense of responsibility and commercial sense.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred.
• Perform under stress and willing to work on shift duty.
