A well-established travel agency located in Shek Mun is looking for a Responsible, Committed and Dedicated staff: - Tour Coordinator / Senior Tour Coordinator 

A. Tour Coordinator

Job Duty: Handle Inbound and outbound group enquiries and make reservation of group air ticket, hotel, local and overseas transportations and other travel products

Qualifications required:

• Higher Diploma/associate degree or above. major in tourism is preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin Language is preferred.
• Good Chinese and English Typing
• 1 year working Experience is preferred
• Organized, Systematic and Pleasant characteristic is a must
• Working under Pressure Good Microsoft Computer and Internet skills
• Salary $13,000 - 14,000 salary

B. Senior Tour Coordinator 

Job Duty:

Handle Inbound and outbound group enquiries and make reservation of group air ticket, hotel, local and overseas transportations and other travel products

Qualifications required:

• 3 - 5 years’ related experience in handling Inbound and outbound group booking
• Higher Diploma/associate degree or above. major in tourism is preferred
• Sound product and fare knowledge, and hands-on reservation and ticketing skill (Galileo), hotel booking skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably Putonghua)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Working under Pressure
• Good Microsoft Computer and Internet skills
• Good Chinese and English Typing Skills
• Salary $16,500 or above (negotiable)
