Job duties:

• Manage the Call Center Team
• Provide solutions to customer requests and promptly take recovery actions
• Supervise the team in service standards and KPIs of daily operations
• Assist in resource planning to ensure smooth operation
• Build strong partnership within company to ensure smooth operations, support on budget planning and special projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines
• At least 2 years related working experience in customer service or call center field
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Flexibility in shift duty arrangement (No overnight duty)
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
