Job Descriptions 工作內容:

•          To support sales team in preparation of quotations, sales orders, invoices and reports etc.
•          協助營業部處理報價單, 顧客訂單, 發票和報告等
•          To follow up with customers on sales requests and logistics
•          跟進客戶要求及物流情況
•          To manage customers sales enquiry
•          處理及解答客戶查詢
•          To maintain and expand customers’ database
•          更新及協助擴展客戶資料庫

Requirements 要求:

•          1-2 years or above working experiences, fresh graduate will also be considered.
•          一至兩年以上工作經驗, 應屆畢業生亦會考慮
•          Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are MUST
•          良好中英文溝通及書寫技巧
•          Self-motivated, organized and responsible
•          態度正面，有良好組織能力及責任感
