Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality service to customers in the shopping mall or commercial building
• Handle customers’ enquiries & complaints
• Support mall related activities including all promotions, events, exhibitions, and membership program etc.

 Requirements:

• Relevant experience in customer service & hospitality industry preferred
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related discipline is preferable
• Customer services oriented with good customer service skills and communication skills
• Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience might be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
