The incumbent will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant and manage the staff performance to ensue an effective delivery of food service at a high standard. He/She will also review and suggest menu items based on market and customer needs, resolve customer complaints about food quality and service; Coordinate with different department to support banquet functions in the Park.

Requirement:
- Form 7 or above, with qualification in Hotel/Catering Management
- With at least 3 years’ experience in restaurant/banquet operations at supervisory level
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good coaching skills to lead restaurant team
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is preferable
- Willing to work on shift duties during weekends and public holidays
